Acceptance of Terms

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits must be made through a payment method registered in your own name. Fund transfers from third parties are not accepted and will be returned. Withdrawals will also be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances that require further review by our finance team.

Bonuses & Promotions

Betting Rules

All bets placed through the judy88 platform are subject to the respective game rules. Results recorded by our system are final and binding unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.

In the event of a technical error, internet connection disruption or system failure during an active game session, judy88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet balance to the player's account. No winning claims based on affected rounds will be entertained.

For sports betting and live betting, any bet accepted after an event has started (for pre-match markets) is considered void and will be returned. The odds displayed at the time of placing the bet are final.

Prohibited Conduct

Our maximum liability in any circumstances will not exceed the total net deposits made by the player in the 30 days prior to the relevant claim arising.
